I just moved to Queenborough. I went to try this place and had a great time. And the best part was there was live music. I will definitely go again with family or friends.

Been coming here for the last 30 years and never had a bad meal . Atmosphere always good with friendly staff and great service. The meals are priced well and great quality to.The prawn cocktails especially seems to me personally the best in the country.

The Nordic walkers ( Sheppey Matters) We had our Christmas meal here. The food was delicious, turkey dinner cooked to perfection and hot.The presentation of gold cutlery matched the gold rim around the plates and table decoration was tastefully done. The staff made us very welcome and worked hard throughout. they were polite, pleasant and Professional. Would definitely recommend this was a large group.

Haven't been here since my younger years when it was just a pub with not bad food. Well things change and the whole experience is completely new The bar is marvellously decorated to look like a ship very inkeeping with the name. The food was very nice and extremely well presented The staff couldn't be more friendly with the chef being happy that you are which was nice to see. The Guinness was cold and smooth The outside space is very welcoming and could see that being a perfect spot for a sunkissed afternoon. I shall definitely be going back

A pub with plenty of atmosphere and decent food. Lots of choice on the menu with something to suit everyone. Food and drinks are reasonably priced and the staff were very friendly and hardworking. The only negative was that the young lady charged me twice on my bank card. The manager tried to rectify the mistake on the night but wasn't able to do it. We had travelled from South Yorkshire to meet up with relatives and unfortunately this was a worry for the rest of our weekend. The manager did contact me on the Sunday to say a refund had been sent to my bank account which we did receive on the following Tuesday morning. So if you are eating here it might be wise to check your banking app before leaving the pub.

Great discovery on the Isle of Sheppey. We visited Queenborough by car, but there is a railway station which would allow you to walk to the venue. This area is full of history and surprising historical background, which includes Lord Nelson, who once was living here in one of the houses. We really enjoyed the interior decor, which is very nautical and a tribute to the past. Entertaining noises by the parrot in the cage kept us amused. . There are many items around with a connection to the past, such as the collection of clay pipes. A good selection of food is available with various drinks to quench your thirst. A very good attentative and polite service There is also a garden seating area with tables outside. We enjoyed a walk through the formal garden area which was close to the pub, there is parking available around but it is limited near the pub. We had a relaxing marine walk along the sea wall, watching a beautiful sunset developing which finished our day perfectly

Great food I had the jumbo fish and chips, cooked to perfection struggled to eat it all due to size of meal but so good I kept on going to the end. My wife had chicken sizzle again perfect and plenty of it. Staff were friendly and very attentive, atmosphere a bit bland had background music ideal for a restaurant but not a pub. Overall experience was really good
